10.Win Zaw Oo.

 

Win Zaw Oo (born 1977) is the tallest person in Burma, reaching 233 centimetres (92 in) in height. He is also known as Big Zaw. Win Zaw Oo's growth has resulted from an uncommon medical condition known as acromegaly.
Win Zaw Oo was born and raised in a rural village in Magway, central Burma. His family comprises working-class peasants. In his teens, his towering height became noticed following a growth spurt. He soon found it difficult to move about given his size and height and his stamina and mobility took a toll. In August 2013, Win Zaw Oo announced his decision to surgically remove the tumour which caused his drastic height of 233 centimetres (92 in). He had to travel to Singapore due to the inferior healthcare system in Burma. The media became largely interested in him after learning of his predicament


9.Igor Vovkovinskiy.

 

Igor Vovkovinskiy (Ukrainian: Ігор Вовковинський (aka Igor Ladan)  born September 18, 1982) is a Ukrainian-American law student, interviewee, and actor, best known for being the current tallest living person in the United States, at 7 feet 8.33 inches (234.5 cm), overtaking the record from George Bell.
Originally from Ukraine, Vovkovinskiy moved to Rochester, Minnesota in 1989 (at the age of seven) to be treated at the Mayo Clinic. At that time he was already 5 ft 4 in tall and weighed 110 pounds.

Ri Myung-Hun (born September 14, 1967 in North Korea), also known as Michael Ri after his favorite basketball player Michael Jordan,  is a former North Korean basketball player. He played the center position for the national basketball team of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. Once proclaimed to be the tallest living human being in the world, he stands 7'8½" (2.35m) tall and once planned to play in the National Basketball Association (NBA) in the 1990s. According to the Associated Press, he was "the world's tallest basketball player.


7.Hussain Bisad.

 

Hussain Bisad is one of the tallest men in the world, at 2.32 m (7 ft 7 12 in). He has the largest hands of anyone alive: his hands are 10.59 inches or 26.9 cm long. He has size 26 feet and weighs 210 kg (460 lb).
Doctors believe that Bisad is suffering from a condition called pituitary giantism, that makes growth continue after most people stop developing. Expert in abnormal growth Professor Mike Besser, from Bart’s Hospital, Central London, said he probably has a tumour in the pituitary gland behind his eyes.
Hussein Bisad is originally from Somalia, but fled after being shot, and has been granted asylum in Britain, where he now lives.

Radhouane Charbib (Arabic: رضوان شربيب‎‎ Ridwan Sharbeeb, born October 27, 1968) was recognized by the Guinness Book of Records as the tallest living man,  until January 15, 2005 when Bao Xishun was measured at Chifeng City Hospital, Inner Mongolia, China, and was recorded as being 2 millimeters taller.

Zhang Juncai (born 1976) is one of the world's tallest people, standing at least 2.42 meters (7 ft 11 in) tall.

Juncai is from Shanxi Province, China. He was verified as China's tallest man on 23 November 2010 at 2.42 meters (7 ft 11 in). Zhang went to the hospital in April 2009, to visit his friend, the 2.34-meter (7 ft 8 in) tallest living woman Yao Defen.

Morteza Mehrzad Selakjani is an Iranian male paralympic sitting volleyball player, playing as an outside hiiter. He is the tallest man in Iran, the tallest paralympian in history and presently the joint second tallest man in the world.
He is part of the Iran men's national sitting volleyball team. He competed at the 2016 Summer Paralympics.  At club level he played for Samen Al Hojjaj Sabzevar in 2015.
In the 2016 Summer Paralympics sitting volleyball final, he was the match top scorer with 28 points for Iran.

Brahim Takioullah (born 26 January 1982 in Guelmim, Morocco) formerly held the Guinness World Record for largest feet and is officially the second-tallest living person.
Surpassing former record-holder, Sultan Kösen, Takioullah became the Guinness World Record holder for world's largest feet on a living person, on 24 May 2011.  His left foot measures 38.1 centimetres, and his right 37.5 centimetres.
With a height of 2.46 metres (8 ft 1 in), Takioullah is the second–tallest living person behind Sultan Kösen of Turkey, and tied with Morteza Mehrzad of Iran, in the world according to the Guinness World Records.

Sultan Kösen (Turkish:  suɫtɑn køsen; born 10 December 1982) is a Kurdish farmer in Turkey who holds the Guinness World Record for tallest living male at 251 centimetres (8 ft 3 in).
His growth resulted from a tumour affecting his pituitary gland. His stature is such that he must use crutches in order to walk.
On 25 August 2009 Kösen's standing height was recorded at 246.4 cm (8 ft 1 in) in his home country by Guinness World Records, overtaking former world record holder Bao Xishun who stands 236 cm (7 ft 9 in) tall. Kösen also holds the current Guinness record for the largest hands at 27.5 cm, and the second largest feet at 36.5 cm (left foot) and 35.5 cm (right foot).
On 25 August 2010, according to the University of Virginia, a height of up to 254.3 cm (8 ft 4 in) had been confirmed by doctors and stated it was possible this was Kösen's actual height, artificially lowered by scoliosis and bad posture.
On 9 February 2011 Kösen was measured by Guinness World Records at 251 cm (8 ft 3 in) and they also remeasured his hands at 28.5 cm (11.2 in.) which broke his previous record.

Ajaz Ahmed (born 1976) is a Pakistani farmer, with an unverified claim to being the world's tallest living person. He hails from Bakkhar village in Daryakhan, Punjab, and claims to be 8ft 4in or (2.54) meters tall although some sources state him as 7 ft 10 inches (2.39) meters tall. In 2009 he claimed to be 8ft 1 inches or (2.46) meters tall.
